Critiuing a friend s work is a difficult task tbh But poetry like all other arts depends upon critiue for its improvement Let s be honest I haven t read all the poems no person with a good taste and a sane mind will read a poetry collection in one go Poetry is like a dessert Taken at times regularly to savour it Otherwise it will soften our minds not our heartsSo the most unpoetic thing a poet could do was to categorize his poems under bizarre headings The name of the book is beautiful but all for nothing once you open the book and a weighty METAPHYSICS is staring at you I failed several times in going further than contents of the book solely due to this And the explanation for the heading at the start of each section makes it dry and effortful unlikely of poetry But this categorization has made my work easier Section one claimed as metaphysics is about a realization towards the true nature of Love I can t comment whether that realization is complete or not but it certainly has some profound truths about Love which are necessary for being a reliable dependable good hearted human being Displays that the poet has a passion for growing The second and third section are very personal In these poems one can sense the overuse of I the allusions to everyday events and the young flame of Love which reuires a stage to prove itself The poems in the fourth section assume a mature air The content of the poems is less personal universal It seems that poet is now enjoying making verses codified with pithy wisdom Growing effort The poems themselves deserve full fledge reviewcritiue But not today
